General Shipping Policies:
Playgear process orders Monday - Friday, 9 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Playgear ships online orders within 3-4 business days of when they are placed, unless special circumstances prevent shipment.
General Shipping Methods:
Our Playgear products are shipped using various couriers. Our Couriers DO NOT Deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a time sensitive order please contact customer service and the team will assist where possible, with additional shipping costs passed on to the customer. Your questions regarding order transit time can be directed to our Customer Service Team via email. Playgear is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information. Additional shipping charges will apply if re-shipment is required.
