Playgear Returns Policy
Returns Policy: Products purchased through www.playgear.com.au can be returned for a full refund. If, within 14-days of your original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order please return it for a full refund or for an exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Playgear or its Couriers. In addition, cash refunds are not available. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method. Products in original factory packaging will receive a full refund. Products that have been opened will receive a partial refund (excluding individual DVDs). The refund amount will depend on the condition that item is received in and will be determined by Playgear Australia. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner please include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
